You can start right now, you don't have to read the entire site before you begin. If you are interested in financial freedom and building a powerful portfolio of rental homes, you can start today with no money spent and no commitment. Don't worry, we'll guide you every baby step of the way.

Is it really free? 

YES! Nothing on the site it for sale. There are some advertisements for books and other resources that are useful to real estate investors. All of the tutorials are completely free to use. We developed this site because friends and family often ask for tips and recommendations. After several similar conversations, the online tutorials started to take shape. 

Can anyone really make money on rental properties?

Pretty much, YES! You have to develop some skills and spend some time on it, but even if you are a total beginner (and a baby and a scaredy-cat) you can still do it!

How is the site supported?

We work on the site in our spare time. We have some advertising sponsors on the site. We do not earn any bonuses for referring any realtors or lenders or any other service providers. We simply provide honest tutorials and recommendations based on my experience.
